Return Process

  Evaluate Your Fit

  Try on your custom garments and consult our online fit guide to determine if you need minor local alterations or a full remake.

  Apply for Alterations or Remake

  Submit a request through your account dashboard within 30 days of receiving your order to receive an alterations credit or a specialized remake consultation.

  Initiate a Return

  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact our concierge team to receive a prepaid shipping label for returning unworn and unaltered items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our master tailors inspect your returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
